If i could give less stars I would every bad review about this place is true. Its advertised as modern luxury apartments and its not that at all. They do this bait and switch tactic where they show you an updated apartment with new appliances and then give you one that looks like it belongs in 2003. A/C barely works, the ducts are disgusting they don't clean them obviously. The day I moved in I saw the a/c vent and it was covered in filth I mean it was black. They slap new paint on top of old paint so the walls are always peeling, and they close doors with fresh paint on them so then when you open the door it gets stuck and rips the paint off the door (I'm sure as a trick to try and steal your deposit at the end fortunately my sister is a property management lawyer and I've been keeping evidence photos and videos with dates) and all the wall outlets are always on the verge of coming out of the wall. Countless bugs and roaches come out of the outlets too I've literally watched it happen. The office is the least responsive one I've ever dealt with. Extremely over priced for underperforming appliances that were dirty when I moved 2 of my 4 burners on the stove don't work and of the 2 that do one always smokes (there were literally flies in the fridge and dead roaches along the sealing of the freezer door and the oven was literally FULL of charred nonsense the shower was full of pink and black mold, holes on the shower tiles and none of the drains work properly i have a buzzcut so its clearly not my hair the amount of draino I've bought is insane) there are literally zero enforced rules, neighbors constantly being loud at night in common areas blasting music, leaving trash in common areas, no one cleans up after their dogs so theres always poop on and around the walkways and the smell is unbelievable. There was one time my neighbors were having a bonfire on their balcony (illegal and against the rule and fire code) their apartment is right next to the AC intake for my building so my entire apartment filled with smoke at 3am to the point where I woke up coughing, couldn't breathe, and couldn't see because the smoke is so thick. When I called the emergency maintenance line because I first thought it could be an electrical fire his response was "i was asleep do i need to come now or in the morning" as if a potential electrical fire isn't an extremely pressing issue. Then when I found out the cause of the smoke was my neighbors the office took over a week to even be able to answer the phone (and of course the office was always closed for some reason, considering i work from home i went in person several times and for some reason the door was always locked with a 'be back from break' sign to which they wouldn't come back. Once they did respond their answer was pretty much "oh sorry about that call the authorities :)" worst place ever to live don't even get me started on their ridiculous pricing and garbage layout for a studio. The kitchen is a 2x2 Minecraft square where you cant open the fridge and stand in the kitchen at the same time. If i could break my lease and leave right now I would. You would be better off living in a motel 6 lord knows this place isn't any better. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Ely is always a great help when theres a problem or something is needed, also great in communication. I hope ya keep her sound for a long time

I am a resident and every time that you have an emergency never respond on time my breaker explote and is being 3 hours and not a single response .
