        I have worn James Avery jewelry since I was a kid, and have always loved it. The quality of the jewelry is great, and the staff at the Alpharetta store is very helpful and extremely nice. I try to go during the week so its not busy, as it can be a process to decide what you want and where you want charms soldered on.

        Visited this North Point location on September 4, 2022. Decent selection but the employees seemed as if theyll only offer to help if its their last resort. They fiddle around behind the counter very slowly without concern for the customers time. I knew what I wanted to purchase and did not make a purchase due to this. I previously worked at a James Avery so I know they were being out of line with their LACK OF service. Other customers walked out with me for the same reaso Sad. I wont revisit nor recommend.

Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store at North Poatt Mall in Alpharetta!
