Ivybrook Academy

My kid loved it here, the director of the facility is very attentive, caring and lot more involved in day to day activities. The teachers really care about the kids and give your updates on how theyre doing. My kid got offered in Georgia pre-k otherwise we would have continued here.

We LOVE Ivy Brook Academy! Our daughter started the 2 year old class in August and we couldnt be happier! Mrs. Allyson, the principal is amazing and truly cares about all of the students! My daughter absolutely loves it and all of the wonderful teachers! If you are looking for a half day preschool I highly recommended Ivy Brook Academy in Alpharetta!

We've had our child at Ivybrook Academy Alpharetta since they opened. It was our child's first time in school, so I did my research. Ivybrook stood out to me for several reasons: - They really, truly care about the growth, development and happiness of my child. This is demonstrated daily by the teachers and principal, not just something included on a website or in marketing materials. - The school offers a unique blended curriculum that helps to educate but also empower my child to learn. He enjoys learning and has absorbed an incredible amount of information since starting there. At just over 2 years old, he was learning and understanding Spanish vocabulary words and now he can count to 20, identify letters, speak and communicate complete, full thoughts and sentences. - They encourage exploration and curiosity. Since starting at Ivybrook, he is much more interested and aware of his environment. We will walk outdoors and he will point out all of the things he sees and observes. - They work very hard to find the best way for my child to learn. This is not a one size fits all preschool program. - The people - the teachers and principal are kind, patient, loving, gentle and just all around wonderful people who treat my child like he is their own. I would recommend Ivybrook to anyone looking for a personalized, positive preschool experience for their child. We absolutely love it!

We have recently relocated from Silicon Valley to Alpharetta and were searching for the perfect pre-school for our 2 year old daughter. We have rigid standards and toured eight pre-schools across three zip codes within driving distance of The Avalon. IvyBrook Academy stood out to me because of it's play-based and personalized philosophy, the home-like environment, a dedicated half-day schedule, small class sizes, and a highly convenient Downtown Alpharetta location. Since our daughter started in August, she has absolutely loved going to school. The Principal, Allyson Morris, is exceptionally communicative and a gifted Educator. We have found the IvyBrook community of parents to be inclusive and supportive to new families. If you are searching for a play-based, half-day pre-school with exceptional social opportunities for your toddler, I think this is the best option in Alpharetta.
