        Order was lost and acting manager wouldn't refund my money because he wasn't sure what my order was. Went through the drive-thru and was told to park and wait on my order. More than 20 minutes and they lost my order and wouldn't refund my money until I had to be a jerk about it

        Stopped by to grab a quick bite and the "manager" Jaylen was very disgustingly rude and disrespectful. Way to go zaxby's! guess that should be a given when you hire a child to be a manager.

        My experience here was horrible. I ordered hot honey mustard boneless wings and as you can tell, they literally didnt put any sauce on my wings theres like 2 drops of sauce.
