I moved in yesterday, and Skye was simply amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with! We all know how stressful moving can be, so naturally I was all over the place. Skye took her time going over everything and made sure I had everything I needed for an easy move in. Thank you for being so awesome, Skye!

Honest review based on experiences in this apartment. I made several friends in the building that also left as a result of poor management and communication. I lived there 2 years and honestly don't have many good points other than location, however, there are so many buildings going up in that area, I wouldn't even consider Novel at this point. Multiple times I would go out to walk the dog and homeless would be sleeping there or dumpster diving. Novel would leave the dumpsters outside 24/7 and it was so gross and filthy. It just was poorly maintained for the money you are paying for that building. Secondly, they use Fetch, which is great, but if someone sent you a gift, it would likely get lost. Multiple packages of mine that were gifts sent from friends and family were lost because the office wouldn't receive them on your behalf. I always had issues with my monthly billing statements and when I would send emails it would take DAYS upon DAYS to get a response. When I renewed my lease, they offered me a free parking spot. All of sudden mid lease they started charging me for it. When I went back to them they said they only promised it for the first month. I had to go back and get proof of my communications with the office that the spot was promised for the term of the lease. They are terribly organized in there. None the less, every month I was charged for parking and had to dispute the charge it was madness. Lastly, I have emailed the office multiple times over the last 2 months since I moved out regarding status of my security deposit. Crickets. I emailed them letting them know when I was moving out, if they wanted to do a walkthrough and also crickets. I emailed them letting them know I was returning my keys and confirm they got them. Also crickets. They are honestly awful. The location is not worth the headaches I promise you. One last story, a friend of mine lived there and had a storage unit they were paying for. One day she came downstairs and her storage unit was being emptied by workers taking all her stuff to the trash. When she confronted the office, they said they mixed up which one was hers and they told her to "relax." All to say this place is absolutely not worth it!

I came in for a tour over the weekend and I worked with Skye. She was very thorough and did a great job presenting the community. She gave me an excellent customer service experience. She even called me a few hours before my tour to remind me of the tour & even asked me what my preferred beverage was! The community is nice and I look forward to moving back to Atlanta and calling Tailor O4W my new home. Thank you !!!
