Tru by Hilton Atlanta Galleria Ballpark

I have been to many Tru by Hilton locations, and this one ranks among the top! The hotel is located very close to I-75 which is very convenient. The area of the hotel itself is safe. There are many apartment buildings and other hotels around it. The hotel's parking lot is very well lit at night as well. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. I was very pleased to find that the main lobby was well stocked with food and drinks (for purchase), also there was a pool table, outside lounge with gas fireplace (that was lit), and other games to play. They also had a microwave for public use in the main lobby- which was super important for us. The room was very clean, and the shower pressure was just right. The pool area was well maintained, the only downside was that the pool towels were more like hand towels, my youngest could not even cover her little body with the towel. Other than that minor inconvenience, this Tru by Hilton was wonderful! When we make the trip south again, we will be sure to stay at this location. Thank you everyone for a memorable stay! Rooms: The rooms were very clean. They have a modern feel to them. The showers come with a built-in shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Food & drinks: This hotel has food and drinks available for purchase in the main lobby. They have food such as: microwaveable mac n cheese, soups, fruit, and crackers. The drinks include: beer, wine, coffee, and water.

Overall a good stay. Only complaint was the pool was freezing. Front desk said it was as warm as it could go but none of the adults got in and the kids were shivering. Wouldn't consider it a heated pool at all.
