        Worst housekeeping service. Didnt clean bathroom or take away dirty glasses. No service for few hours even after making the front desk aware. Expensive stay without any service

        If you're doing something at the GWCC, then this might be your hotel. It is pretty big and not intimate. Lots of people mean lots of waiting to be served in the bar and restaurant. The drinks and food were good. The staff is nice, but overworked. The rooms are nice, but elevators are a nightmare and take forever. Paid for a room with the cityscape, didn't really get that. Valet parking needs to be figured out. This review comes on the heals of the opening, so they may get is figured out. Rooms: The rooms are nice and new, but we requested a view of the city and ending up facing the other way.

        Poor service and incompetence. I expected so much more from this place. Management matched the poor attitude of everyone else. How is it possible that MY card got added to ANOTHER partys stay and I got charged an additional $3k?

        The hotel is beautiful and clean. Service was extremely helpful and kind! If you decide to enjoy a drink or two at the downstairs bar, ask for Rodney or Taye! You will not be disappointed! They are both personable, kind, and attentive with their service.
