Due to COVID 19 I felt a major push to get my business started and moving. I was referred to James fellow a colleague of mine give my financial constraints. Jame's and his team did a top notch job of figure out how what and how I wanted this company structure. They walk me through my Marketing plan, helped me build a marketing strategy with process execution tasks. I also was able to get my marketing funnel developed, local SEO launched and now I am receiving stead inbound leads from received no leads. I have to highly recommend these guys if you are looking to transform your business/start and have no idea where to start.

After a long and expensive failed website project with another company I decided to give these guys a chance and the results were astounding. The Montfichet Atlanta office handles a majority of the Marketing Agency aspect of the business. I originally was referred to them by a colleges of mine having had a horrible experience with 3 other web development shops. The Co-Founder James is a beast who know the business inside out. I mean this man listens, I could write a book on how many company I was have worked that don’t listen to anything you say and start pushing their ideas that add no value. James and his team were amazing. They spent a great deal of time listen to all the challenge I was having, what I was trying to accomplish, and gave me clear path to get solid results. I especially love how well skilled the team was which I can say was influenced much from most of the team having worked at top consulting firms. The level of care and focus was critical to my project success. Our busines is super unique and requires a creative marketing and sales strategy to be successful. This is something I could not find anywhere else. After several deep dive sessions, James and his team dug into my business development journey and presented a strong go to market strategy that knocked my socks off. And the best part about the whole process was you were never left a alone as they gave you a clear step by step high-level process on what you need to do to get to the next level. For me that was getting clients and closing deals. Another thing that was extremely helpful was James leadership activity matrix which showed you critical daily tasks you should be doing that have high dollar value verses task that have lower dollar value which you found yourself doing regularly. This was eye opening. To break down there flow you start the Atlanta office Marketing Agency division then you move to the strategic division in Irvine Office, and finally end in the mentoring coaching division in Irvine Office. I love the al cart option where you can pick and choose areas of development like Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, Finance and Accounting. After having been down the path with several not so great agency I am glad I found one that is hyper focused on their customer.

James you have done it again. I came to you with grand business ideas with no discipline and a strong lack of focus. What did you do turn things around by transforming (as you would say) the way I approach the Market. You insight has given me a clear view of what needs to be done and how long it will take to get the need results. Things I absolutely loved was your insight into how the Shine Red objects.
