        Counter sales department is fantastic. However the show room and the quality of their customer experience is far less adequate. Ive been trying to order one single part from them for a month now. My employee was sent in this morning to confirm my order and the show room team even started arguing with him about the finish of the trim that we are requesting. Even though I confirmed the trim last week.
