Veterans Towing

Oh this company needs to be under the ground immediately, no customer service whatsoever! Tower was EXTREMELY rude and very condescending. Told me if 1+1=2 then there was no reason for the call. If I just wanted clarity all that was needed was a confirmation that it was left specifically in xyz parking lot. Some people truly dont need to have a business and this is one of them! Maybe its time to pursue a different career if youre that easily triggered by a clarifying question. 0/10

just unprofessional said 30 to 60 minutes for pick up of vehicle once that time came he canceled my tow. When I had already ask him to do that in the first place because they wouldn't get it to the shop in time. I normally don't do this to black owned businesses but this is ridiculous and next time don't worry about what's wrong with the car if you can pick up the car pick it up, if not say that but don't wast people time and stop being so forceful over the phone and talking over people, educate yourself on proper customer service and understand you are running a business and providing a service. Cut out all the small talk

I can see why they have such a low rating. My insurance company selected this company to tow my car. The estimated ETA was 90-120 minutes. When that time frame passed, I call the company to ask for an updated ETA. I was told someone would be there in 30 minutes. Another HOUR went by, and I again called for an update. The person on the phone was incredibly condescending. Telling me it was taking longer because I lived in the country, even though my city is only 40 minutes away from where the company is. Would not recommend anyone willingly call this company. If you need a tow reach out to someone at Anointed Towing. They know how to treat people.
