I really like this place. Everyone is so nice and the service people are honest. They got my car finished in a good amount of time. I think its a good place and people should pick them.

I would to take this opportunity to thank the management at Sons Cadillac for starving their sales team over my previous review. Their unprofessionalism towards this deal allowed me to expand my search and find a CT5-V for less than the CT4-V I was trying to purchase from them. Not only did I find a better car, the dealership I worked with did not play games and came to an agreeable selling price within hours and not 11 days. The dealership I worked with lowered my OTD price by almost 5k. They had no problems at all with removing their dealer fluff and reduced costs to make up for other fees. Their almost 10% discount actually made a difference. They are a true example of a motivated sales team - nothing like my Sons Cadillac experience. Over 3 weeks later and the car is still listed for sale on their lot. Way to go!

This place should be called Clown Show Cadillac. In 30yrs of buying cars, this is the most unmotivated sales team I have dealt with. The communication is poor and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. This place is not serious about selling cars. Beware on the SONS Advantage. When you read this dealers website, they claim to not charge any unnecessary fees. Every sale includes the SONS Advantage at an additional $676, whether you want it or not. It is an option that is not available from Cadillac which makes it an unnecessary fee added by the dealership to increase profit margin. Not to mention their Doc fee is almost double than Atlanta dealerships. ****In response to your comments. To be clear, this was the closet AWD CT4-V to me. I was purchasing this vehicle on my way to/from Florida and not really going out of my way, so don't flatter yourself. Your sales team lacks motivation and does not communicate well or in a timely manner. The first sales person I dealt with tried to tell me I had to trade in with you and finance through you in order to get the discount (I have it in writing). After 48hrs of no response from her, I got salesman #2. I sent him my trade in pictures and info and he never responded (until 10 days later asking if I was still interested). While waiting for a response from #2, this place passes me off to the #3 man, the sales manager, and this time I go 72hrs without a response - he is the manager! After several unreturned phone calls and emails, I finally spoke to the general manager 11 days after initial contact. His stance was that even though SONS claims to not charge unnecessary fees, the SONS Advantage was necessary and would not lower the cost of the vehicle or add something to the sale to compensate for it (tinted windows like what is pictured on the Cadillac website for this vehicle). 11 days to get to this point isn't what I would call a motivated sales team especially when I was the one who had to initiate most of the conversations. Would you rather me use unprofessional instead of unmotivated? Just because your Doc fee matches 2 out of the 3 dealers in Atlanta doesn't make it right. I can promise you I won't go to those dealerships and choose the $395 Doc fee. It blows my mind that this dealership is willing to keep paying the per diem for a car that is not selling rather than cut their ridiculous doc fee or SONS Advantage fee and move it off the lot - that's $1400 of dealer fluff added to the bill between those 2 fees. All I asked for was $500 tinted windows. Your 10% discount quickly dwindled once you started tacking on the erroneous fees. SONS Advantage was the deal breaker****
