They were super friendly and new straight away what the issue was when I described it. Turns out it wasnt a big deal but I am now educated on the issue if it happens again and will know how to fix it easily. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I love this company! I had Joe and Brennon out to my home to repair my built-in icemaker. We thought we had the issue fixed on the first visit but when it happened again, they came back 2 more times to observe and finally determine what and where the leak was coming from. Highly recommend them and will only use them for all my appliance repairs!

I am pleased to provide a positive review for JTM. Joe and his assistant recently repaired our oven/microwave unit. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was also impressed with their care not to damage the adjacent woodwork which had been recently repainted. This was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend JTM and would not hesitate to use their services again. Joe is Top Notch and a credit to his profession.
