Paul is everything you need from a Property Manager! Our rental experience was great from the beginning. He was professional, punctual, thorough, and friendly. We had A/C issues our first week in the unit and he went into action immediately; a technician was out the next day. Would definitely recommend and use them in the future!

Mr. Paul is the best property manager anyone can ask for. He is truly a blessing. He provided me with a detailed analysis to show what my potential income would look like . He also helped get my property in rental condition and placed tenants within 25 days.

If it werent for Paul I wouldnt be renting my house. Paul came through for me at a time when I was considering selling. He printed a 30-year prospectus and guided me through the process. Ever since listing with Real Property Management I have no regrets. Paul delivered renters, he took beautiful photos of the property, changed the filters for the HVAC, and even watered my ferns!
