Thank you Enterprise for being there for me in my time of need, awesome customer service. On March 5th my key broke off in my ignition, the lock smith couldn't fix it, my family was told we had to meet at the hospital to make a decision about taking my uncle off life support. We all was so stressed, because my grandmother had ended up in emergency surgery due to over working her self, and mostly a broken heart. Lossing two of your children is the worst a mother can go through and a grand child all in the past three years. Just a little about what I was going through, at that moment. You had me in a car in less then 10 minutes. One less thing I had to worry about. THANK YOU ENTERPRISE IN GAINESVILLE GA ON BROWN'S BRIDGE RD!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the Gainesville Enterprise office. The staff was very flexible while working with me and the insurance company paying for my rental, which I had for over four months. Everyone was friendly and professional, as well as empathetic to my automotive needs. The pickup and drop off was painless. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who requires a rental in the NE GA region.

I had a few issues with over bulking and then picking up the vehicle after it was dropped off at the body shop as I was told and took 13 days to get the receipt so I could get reimbursed the money from the insurance company. The body shop called to say the vehicle was there and I stopped by personally three times and each time I was told they would go get the vehicle that day and close out my account which did not happen till I spoke with Fred at my local Gainesville GA location. Because of the accident I needed that vehicle for 39 days and took almost 2 weeks to get a receipt so I could get reimbursed from the insurance company. Once I spoke with Fred and explained my situation he took care of it immediately and got me the receipt the same day. That was just in February and part of March and today had to go back in rent another vehicle because some of the repairs on my car were not done properly. Fred remembered me and bent over backwards and gave excellent customer service while dealing with many other customers and situations and did so with a smile. Very professional knowledgeable and cares about the customers. Ive rented cars fairly frequently my entire adult life and Fred and enterprise did the right thing and got me into another vehicle today so that the final repairs can be made on my personal car. Very happy that Fred acknowledged and took responsibility with my previous issues and really went above and beyond to take care of my rental need this time.
