Steve Budd was our technician on a repair/service call today… he was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing and repairing our unit. He communicated along the way made the repair, cleaned up made sure we were cooling inside and asked if there was anything else. Great company, customer service and technicians.

On September 30th, two Gainesville Mechanical technicians Dalton and Andrew came to my house to locate and repair a natural gas leak. They arrived at the scheduled time and began diagnosing the gas leak issue. Within minutes was able to remove pieces of the back deck and found the gas leak. They were able to repair the line and replaced everything as it was. I was very impressed with their professionalism and courteous attitude. I would refer and use them again. Thanks guys!!!

After 3 years in our new home, a baseboard nail that pierced a "Pex" water line rusted out & the pipe had a significant leak in a challenging location. Ronnie was out within an hour, diagnosed the issue, located the leak, and repaired it. He was so careful in cutting the access hole that it took me less than an hour to completely repair the drywall. We could simply not be happier with the service we received from Ronnie & the Gainesville Mechanical team.

I’m so impressed with the guys that came to our home, 1st. The maintenance guy came to fine the reason it stopped working, he showed me where pipes were cracked. He showed and explained everything thing. My husband and I picked the unit that would work for us. 2nd The guys that came to put it in, were so respectful, I barely knew they were here. When they finished, I was shown everything needed to use it. I would love to give them all the appreciation they deserve, I hope the office will let them know, I can not find the card with their names. Good job guys, we are very happy.
