I have lived at The Quarry for a little over 2 yrs. I will be the first to admit there are a number of opportunities to enhance the property and overall customer experience. That being said, oftentimes we overlook the subtle things that change the course of our day for the better. I chose to write a review as it pertains the property's staff. More specifically, Desiree Pelzer, a leasing consultant at The Quarry. She is attentive, kind, and has great follow through when it comes to general questions and issue resolution. I can only imagine what this property could be if we had more staff like Desiree.

Ive been here for almost 3 months now and I havent had any issues moving in was easy and straightforward I got to tour the place before I signed my lease and any issues or work orders I had got fixed in 1-3 days the apartment itself is spacious and a lot more affordable than other apartments its a big complex and clean the only reason I cant give it 5 stars is the processing fee for paying your rent online its basically an additional $41 so unless youre in a time crunch to get it paid I suggest money orders but besides that I love living here and I plan to resign my lease next year.
