We worked with Paula Sewell at Janice Overbeck. She assisted us in completing 2 home purchases. She was wonderful in assisting our daughter in completing her and her husband's 1st home purchase, there at every step of the way to answer all their 1st time homebuyer questions. Just a few months later, she was again there for us in helping us complete a 1031 Exchange with an out-of-state sale and with some complicated international coordination. Once again, she did an excellent job showing us properties, being there at every step of the way and helping us find answers to in this case somewhat more complicated questions with our first 1031 exchange. Rest assured, you are in good hands working with Paula and her team at Janice Overbeck.

I bought a home with Nicole Bilik and I cannot recommend her enough. Very responsive, organized, knowledgeable, on time, and personable. Me and my husband were first time home buyers and we needed a home relatively quickly so we didnt have to renew our lease. She understood the urgency, but didnt want us to settle on a house. Highly recommend!

I can't even begin to explain how amazing this team is. The BEST team I'm Georgia if not farther. Family run and operated with the best staff imaginable. Thier donations and contributions to the community around them and fundraising for ALS is beyond reproach. Janice and Gunar are the among the best people I've ever met and the family works together better than any fortune 500 company. If you don't at least give them a shot you are probably missing out.
