This is by far the best enterprise I've been too. Adrienne and Tia customer service skills is fantastic!! Both representatives go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling at ease and comfortable with your choice of rental. I would highly recommend this location due to the hospitality from Tia and Adrienne. Thanks for everything!

My experience at this location was like no other Enterprise location. I received the best customer service by Tia Carter. Tia is very professional and polite. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I returned my car on Sunday (store was closed) and Monday she left me a message to advise my deposit refund had been processed. She then followed up on Tuesday since she wasnt able to speak to me the previous day to let me know the car was checked and everything was good and refund was processed. Never in my life have I gotten a call to let me know my deposit has been returned. Thank you Tia for your amazing service! I recommend this location for your car rental. Always ask for Tia!!!
