        As soon as I walked in I was greeted by David and he was very attentive and knowledgeable about my questions and immediately helped with the problem I was having with my custom built PC. Ended up being a simple fix but his willingness to help with something so simple made me 100% a future customer with anything I will need.

        I received excellent service on 2/29/24 as soon as I walked into the door to share my concern. I described the situation and felt that a McAfee process had caused the issue. Matt Flannery reviewed my laptop and shared his concern and eventually deleted McAfee from my computer and my problem was eliminated. Matt also shared and described their ESET solution. My experience was pleasant and informative so they earned my trust and respect.

        Incredibly polite, professional and knowledgeable! Very fair pricing! I had a client who got locked out of his computer and was unable to reset it. Same day service, 5-10 minutes and Gigabits had the lock off the computer!!! They also offer many services for computer/website/network for small businesses in Pooler! Definitely recommend and will use again when I need computer work!
