I've bought and purchased several properties in my life, and I can say that without a doubt Brenda and her team are by far the best I have ever dealt with. She is the consummate professional, going above and beyond. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to move into my house for a couple of months. Since I was out of state, she went by my house to check on it, even turning up the heat for me when temperatures dipped into the teens so my pipes wouldn't freeze. She has a large network of people to refer you to for all of those major and minor needs when purchasing a new home. You can trust that if Brenda referred them, they will do a good job. She is a pleasure to deal with, is prompt and attentive, and I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Brenda and her team have always been quick to help me with my real estate needs. Im working with her on my fourth property now. She always gets me top dollar even when Im doubtful. Brenda and her team are top notch. We have bought and sold a couple houses and our home with their help. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and successful in your transaction. If a friend needs a realtor I always recommend Brenda first.

There have been some complex transactions over the year but the sentiment does not change. Whether it is through my own personal transactions, or through referrals, the message is consistent across the board that message is that Staged By Design is top notch. I say it. My referrals say it. I have heard parties on the other side of the transaction say it. This includes the agency side along with the back office support. What is also very helpful is that Brenda has a wide network so there is always a solution for whatever your buying or selling needs are.
