Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta - Tucker Northlake, an IHG Hotel

Wow. Put my Mom and sister up here for an Easter visit. Gerald and his staff are gold. Very attentive and responsive to all our needs. A couple small room issues were dealt with stat. Cannot say enough about their attitude, care - and fantastic breakfast! My sister loved the pancake maker. Great location near 285, restaurants and shops, too. Cannot recommend more highly.

Stopped on our way to FL. Taj helped checked us in and was so amazing. Kind, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

Charged my husband's credit card almost 500 dollars. The stay was paid for by my company for a business trip. Jackie, the front desk girl, was unprofessional and unknowledgeable. The General Manager Samuel couldn't get it right either. I provided my information, couldn't find me in the system. I provided my reservation number, found me but had someone else's name on my account. Rooms were partially finished, could hear everyone else in their rooms, carpet was tacky feeling and bathrooms were extremely small. Biggest issue was the lack of knowledge, professionalism and follow through on the staff. If anyone knows the owners name I would love to fill them in on EVERYTHING that happened. UPDATE: Samuel the GM decided to ban us from this establishment and I say, Thank you God. He was so rude and unprofessional I would never want anyone to experience what we did. Not only were we over charged to 500, but an additional 600 hold was put in the card for a total of 1100 dollars. Because you were wrong, because YOU made the mistake instead of taking personal responsibility and apologizing YOU want to make it look like we were the ones in the wrong. Not once did we elevate our voice, not once did we call names, we only asked that corrections be made, when they were not made and we had to ask AGAIN we still did not disrespect you or your staff, though you Samuel and Jackie did. So, with that being said I will be contacting every listing I am a part of, since my husband and I travel a lot for work and leisure. I will also be contacting my company to let them know to not do business with your establishment anymore.
