        They file my tax when I told them not now my family is struggling and we back in the hospital because of our kids have sickness cell disease we dont have no were to go because of them I hope nobody else go through this like we is

        Had an appointment at both locations in Tucker,ga. First appointment was at 12:00pm. When I showed up no one was there & store was closed. Stayed to 12:30 & no one ever showed up. Had another appointment today at the Walmart location at 6pm . It is now 6:25 & no one is here. I would give Zero stars if I could

        STAY AWAY FROM THIS TAX SERVICE PROVIDER 1) THE PREPARERS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL TAX PREPARERS, AND HAVE NO MORE KNOWLEDGE THAN YOU DO. NOW, THEY DO HAVE THE RESOURCES, BUT IF YOU DONT USE THEM, IT IS USELESS. 2) iN MY SITUATION, THE PREPARER DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING, RESULTING IN IT BEING REJECTED. Lastly, my experience does not mean yours will be similar, and I offer this feedback so that you are alert to the apparent culture of Jackson Hewitt, which is hiring people basically as data entry clerks, with little or no understanding of actual tax preparation. Lastly, my filing, was business, so I can not speak to individual filing, but it is concerning that she DID NOT KNOW, DID NOT USE THE RESOURCES TO DO IT RIGHT, and injured me in the process, as my return was rejected due to her negligence of not gathering all the required information from me befoe submission
