Needed to open an account to refinance my vehicle and Daphne helped with all the paperwork. Super helpful, professional, and the process done easily and quickly. A++ service, somebody give her a raise lol

OMG! After having such poor experiences with 2 other big box banks FINALLY found a place that actually cares!! Just opened a new account today and the staff at the EWA branch were AWESOME!!! Look forward to meeting with the manager soon and moving all my business there to support this awesome financial institution. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

HonFed staff Michelle is totally AWESOME! There was a discrepancy with my account when an online company started charging my account. Talked with Michelle she worked with my situation with the most utmost speed! In less then 2 weeks payments where stopped and money back into my account. I've been a HonFed member for over 10 years. I recently got approved for a car loan through Hoku. I went down to open an account with Daphne. Before opening the account she went through the membership qualification and explain each product and service that they had. Very informational and detailed. So much so that I ended up opening a checking and an additional savings. I transferred my direct deposit over to Hoku based on the level of service that I have received. I have been with them for four months as of this review, and I absolutely love them. I no longer need to go to a specific bank to deposit cash or checks. I can deposit it any participating ATM that accepts deposits. Not only in the state of Hawaii but throughout the mainland. That is so convenient. Where has Hoku been on my life? I am glad that I joined now. It is a small community-based credit union I dont feel lost in the thousands and thousands of customers that a bank may have. I love my credit union.
