Island Echoes Photography- Jen Henderson

My wedding photographer suggested my husband and I contact Jen Henderson of Island Echoes Photography to schedule a shoot during our honeymoon. She herself had done a shoot with her and the pictures were gorgeous. I was so glad that I scheduled the shoot. She took us to Ke'e Beach right before sunset and my husband and I couldn't be happier with our pictures. Jen and her husband were wonderful during the shoot. They had brought along props and tons of ideas. I highly recommend Island Echoes Photography. You won't be disappointed.

We highly recommend Jennifer to capture your Kauai memories to enjoy for a lifetime! After some bad luck with a photographer in Kauai a few years ago, I asked our local photographer in Colorado if she would be able to suggest what to look for as we researched a photographer in Kauai. Our local photographer searched online and found Jennifer. Beginning with our first contact with Jennifer, she took the time to learn about our family & interests. She was such a joy to work with and the family was so at ease, laughing and having fun during our photo session. Jennifer was extremely thorough in all her communications, follow up & retouching. She went beyond our expectations through the entire process and restored our faith in finding an excellent photographer in a travel location. We will certainly use and recommend Jennifer to any friends visiting Kauai.

After being so emotionally impacted by our daughter's Honeymoon Photos, captured so stunningly by Jennifer, my husband and I decided to get Jennifer to capture our 40th Wedding Anniversary in similar fashion. The results were equally beautiful. We would all highly recommend Jennifer if you want to be guaranteed stunning professional shots of yourself and those you love, with no disappointment. I don't normally do a lot of reviews as I am not easily impressed, and hard to please as a rule. But Jennifer completely exceeded every single expectation I had! Both my husband and I tend to be stiff and avoid formal photographs, but we were celebrating our 8th anniversary so we decided to book a session. Jennifer put us both at ease, we were not uncomfortable, or stiff looking. We were relaxed and had a great time during the session. When we got our photo gallery, I thought she would never be able to trump how pleased I was already. I was wrong. After much agonizing trying to narrow my choices down to fit into my slideshow I wanted (my gallery had about 300 shots), I sent her my choices on the shots and my choice of music. When I received the email from her that my slideshow was ready and she had attached it for me to be able to view instantly, I watched it with tears in my eyes. I still don't know how she captured exactly what I wanted, but she did, flawlessly. Its really almost magical to watch it. If you are visiting Kuaui, and you want someone to really "capture" you and the beauty of the island, there is only one photographer to choose, Jennifer @ Island Echoes Photography. I assure you, you will not be disappointed.
