        I at first was very pleased with the Hiro system . I bought 2 motion sensor units! 1 for my own home and another for my grand daughters classroom! We were pleased as it was delivered and demonstrated to the teacher as well as principal. I was impressed with their service. The teacher was so happy she cried at my thoughtfulness in keeping everyone safe. That was 1/23/2021. On august 3 I called 4 times ! I called because the system does not work. I kept getting different messages! I was given different we numbers to call . No return calls. I checked my call records. I called again on august4 and again no resolution, I gave them the number of the teacher but they did not email them. This is service! When I first met the 2 partners of the Hiro system they seemed very sincere but here I am less than 9 months later I am very disappointed. I will update this if Aina Haina School have the 2 working systems I hope they have,
