McKay is awesome. He is friendly, efficient and detailed. It was stressful buying my first home, especially since I was out of state and in the process of moving. McKay worked around my schedule to ensure he could talk about exact processes and clarifications. His patience kept me from going crazy through this process. It is hard to find great people in the customer service industry and I was lucky to be able to work with McKay. I will 100% be using McKay for my next home purchase!

My husband used McKay from his first house so eventually because he liked the service, he used McKay again. very responsive and help us saved lots of $$ so as resources. Even encourage and tell you things that you should and don't during the loan process. his guidance is absolutely helpful--now, my husband was able to get his 2nd house with McKay.

Yeah! Mckay! This was a most stressful market to buy a home in and particulalrly this location but McKay was calming, knowledgeable and patient. he works hard and is considerate of your individual needs regarding the loan but also your actual life and future. I recommend him for sure.

McKay and C2 Financial responded quickly when I asked about refinancing my mortgage through the VA Streamline Refi process. It took about 5 weeks from when I first asked to signing documents at the Title Company's office, the only in-person meeting required. Everything else was done via email or over the phone/internet. A smooth process all around!
