I am most fortunate to have had the guidance and care of Jon Jacobs and his wonderful staff. I was given Jon's number from a friend's daughter, who practices medical billing law. Essentially through the coconut wireless. Jon displays what aloha is. He wanted to know who I am, not just standard facts, but where is my place in the community, how did my injuries not only affect me but those who care about me. I felt safe and heard and protected. Jon and his staff's tenacity got to the bottom of what entity was responsible for my injuries. Not an easy task when dealing with huge corporations, but they brought in that big ulua. I have so many great things to say about Jon S. Jacobs, he helped me when the other lawyers couldnt. My case was two years old and I wasnt getting anywhere with anyone. But Mr. Jacobs was able to work with me and the other guy to get me a fair amount for my car accident. And in a good time frame too. I greatly appreciate everything he did for me to get the most for my injury. He actually cared about my case and didnt just have me settle at the first offer to they came at me with. Mr. Jacobs always kept me updated on everything he did and didnt beat around the bush on anything. Overall I would recommend Jon S. Jacobs to everyone. My experience with Jon S. Jacobs was everything I was hoping for to resolve my case. The bigger law firms wouldnt take my case, but referred me to Jon S. Jacobs, Attorney. Jon is very up front with his information and knowledge. He is easy to talk too and very professional with a great respect for his clients.
