I asked if they could look at my spa and possibly fix or replace the water heater. They said they could and dispatched a repairman to take look. He explained he would have to charge for the inspection but don't worry, it'll be deducted from the final bill after repair, so I agreed. He determined he needed to order a part and that they would be back to do the job when it came in. That was July 2023, it's been nearly a year I've called and been ignored multiple times. These guys are thieves. They did nothing and took my money! Bottom line my spa still dies heat the water. These guys are horrible!

Called a bunch of other plumbing companies who tried to overcharge me for a clog drain, Brison came on time and ready to work with a good price even took some extra initiative to replace some corroded pipes all at a decent price. Great guy finished with some great work, and overall good genuine braddah Aloha again and will definitely be going with Brison Plumbing from now on.

Brison proved to be a hardworking and friendly man. When unexpected hiccups complicated the updating of my bathroom water and drain lines, Brison was attentive, prompt, and solved the issues. Turns out he comes from a multigenerational line of plumbers, and hes comfortable solving problems. Props for him being very punctual. He was on time, to the minute, for every appointment we had.
