Called to ask about how to go about renting a vehicle and got a negative attitude from the wahine who answered the phone hopefully she was jus having a bad day but that's my opinion

Paul is truly proud of his business and it is was such a pleasure to deal with him. The car was so clean, easy to find and yes, that AC was chilly. When you talk with Paul, it feels like you are talking to a friend. It is so rare these days to find such good service and product. If you go to Maui, rent from Maui Cruisers, you wont be disappointed.

Just finished renting a car with Maui Cruisers, and 100% would do it all over again. Paul was responsive over messaging, and told us exactly where to to go grab our vehicle. Literally step off the plane and drive off within 5 minutes with our carry on luggage. We got a Corolla and glad we did for its fuel efficiency with the price of gas. Nothing fancy but got the job done with helping us explore the island in cold AC. Was such a treat to drive my first car again in 2023! Mahalo Paul!
