        Pretty grounds. Always come to see Church temples with family when visiting new places. Visitors can walk the grounds, and enjoy the peaceful setting. Must be a church member to enter the temple, which is normal for all Temples. Dont be offended. New Temples are open for the public to tour before they are dedicated for use, then are for members. Visit church website for more information or to learn about the purpose of the temples.

        Disappointedwhen we reached here, the temple was closed. I really had to use the bathroom (as Im pregnant) and I had my toddler with me, the chapel door was open so I was going to walk in as a senior elder and sister were walking out. I asked them where the bathroom was and they said you cant use it, we dont let random people come inside I actually used to be a member of this church, and I came to Hawaii and felt I wanted to come sit near the temple - but the people of this church never fail to disappoint me. For members striving to be Christlike, to show such hostility and inconsideration to a pregnant woman with her child is so disturbing. Its my first time visiting Hawaii, and this was the only place I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Thanks!
