Dave Toland Flooring

I recently had Dave Toland's team remove the carpeting and install wood look porcelain tiles in my condo and Dave's team came through with flying colors. It was challenging because we had a cracked foundation and we had to wait for the concrete to be repaired first and cured before they could continue. There were many delays, but Dave worked with the ever-changing timeline and finished as promised. We are so happy with our floors and we will contact him for our future tile needs. Mahalo Dave

Dave sounded great over the phone and was personable when he came by but dropped the ball every step of the way after that. He "forgot to send us a bid and when he did he said his guy would be three weeks from doing the job. When his guys showed up three weeks later they recommended replacing the flooring rather that fix the screwball job that the previous owners did. We never heard back from them.

Dealing with Dave and his professional family and crew was an excellent customer experience. Dave was helpful from the beginning when he was sent out to inspect my property and take measurements for ordering my flooring. From that point on I particularly commend his communication policy of staying in regular contact and preclearing any changes or issues as they came up. This was particularly true during the actual installation as I was out of state and needed to know how the job was progressing. Dave even helped my budget consciousness by intervening with the flooring store over some excessive charges or markup. I plan to use Dave again when I complete reflooring the rest of my home.
