        Recently had VIP do a cesspool inspection for us, it was not simple due to the need to have a lid cut, etc...Ryan was exceptionally helpful...always answers the phone pesonally, gave guidance on the steps we needed to take and made last minute arrangements to keep the inspection on schedule even when they had a staff member out sick...the genetleman who came to do the inspection was super nice even with the challenges he had getting his truck up our lane!...And all for a very reasonable price (compared to a quote for thousands at a competitor). Any needs you have with your cesspool, septic, etc, call Valley Isle they are top notch. Thanks Ryan and the Valley Team!

I have been with them for over 30 years and I am still amazed at their highest level of professionalism and care for their customers.         5 stars across the board! We will 100% use them again for septic pumping (and recommend to others). Scheduling septic pumping was a breeze. They do have an extensive online form to fill out for first time customers, but it makes sense so they have all information upfront. I got a call back quickly and was put on the schedule quickly as well. The reps who came were super professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Their thoroughness was so much so that they found a bunch of tools at the bottom of our tank! I guess that sometimes happens when a septic is pumped for the first time. One of the reps just had me get a garbage bag and show him where our trash bin was, and he handled the rest - it was really above and beyond! They also advised me on timing for our next pump, which was helpful. I will be calling them again when we are due for pumping again - truly a seamless experience all around. Thank you, Valley Isle Pumping!
