        Online order placed but somehow they didnt get the order. Had to placed new order at the store. No refund on this matter. Never really had a problem placing an online order before. Staff had no clue about it and said that they dont do online order.

        I love the drinks and service very kind very prompt only thing missing is a phone orders other than a food app who jumps the cost up

        I really love this place. Huge menu of all different kinds of bubble drinks and Ice blends and smoothies and treats. My favorite right now is the Ling hing berry drink. Super good ! I've been stuck in that drink for about a month now and I go there at least twice a week. Really friendly staff there as well, last week they handed me a brand new deck of S7 playing cards. Can always use a deck of playing cards. Thank you S-7'S for just being all around awesome

      Hi John we are very sorry about that it happened the employee where confused because your order was on door dash you weren’t specific enough we have Uber eats, doordash, and grub hub.They were a little busy and could of forgot and didn’t check it carefully.The next time you come we can be sure this won’t happen again and remake you 2 drinks.Thank you happy holidays!
