Premium Property Inspections

Premium property inspections was very easy to work with. Very responsive through text and email. They were able to send documentation electronically & documents online. The report I got back was very detailed with recommendations and pictures of issues of the house. I would definitely recommend premium property inspections and I will certainly use them next time I buy a house.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home and our realtor recommended Jonny with Premium Property Inspections. Jonny did an extremely thorough job with our pre-purchase inspection, which was especially appreciated because we were out of town at the time. After the inspection, we felt that we had a very good understanding of the property's status, which helped us make informed concession requests to the sellers. In addition to a very detailed written report with photos, Jonny called me while he was still at the house after finishing his inspection to walk me through the key findings, which was awesome. We highly recommend Premium Property Inspections and plan to use them for future real estate transactions.

Mike went above and beyond for us in our home inspection. We had some crawlspace issues he found and because of his knowledge and experience we were able to get everything remediated and to code. He also came back to reinspect the work that has been done.
