It will also provide visibility to our sincerity on how we do business, which is to provide the best accommodations possible.Specific to your recent stay, we remain deeply confused - particularly when we tried to meet on multiple occasions to determine how we could ensure an amicable relationship and to meet your unique set of needs. Despite our attempts to meet at various times, at any time of your choosing, we were always met with a last minute schedule change, not able to meet and resolve any concerns. Please recall that prior to your arrival, we worked tirelessly to accommodate your unique preferences and special requests. We started with the purchase of several new furniture items for the home's interior per your request, while also purchasing additional patio furniture to your preference. Additionally, we'd just replaced all of the appliances within 6mo. of your arrival to maximize convenience and reliability. Despite the new appliances, and them being more modernized than your liking, we ended up procuring a different clothes washer at our cost. The newer, more modernized washer then went into storage even after a factory tech inspected and validated correct operability. All of the time and money locating a different washer, and then moving the new washer into storage, was an attempt to increase your satisfaction. As we welcomed you and your puppy into our home, we started to see the agreement to take care of your dog's feces weekly was not being followed. Throughout your stay we and our neighbors continued to be disappointed that the dog was not picked up after. Pushback by you as the dog owner continued to be concerning, even though we communicated the amounts of dog doo collected on your behalf in our yard, and in neighbor's yards.There were a handful of other surprises thrown our way during your stay, and sensing your dissatisfaction, we offered you a flexible, early exit from the lease, no strings attached, hoping this would help you move forward. We're quite surprised you stayed knowing now how unhappy you were despite our continued efforts to meet and resolve your concerns.Suffice it to say we've been in the short-term, mid-term, long-term rental business for quite some time and we feel confident that we did everything we could to provide a premium rental, in an excellent location, with top of the line amenities, just as advertised.
