This company mistrpresents the fact that they specialize in taxes. I specifically requested a meeting with a CPA, the individual we were scheduled with had a more limited understanding of taxes than myself, got my husband's middle initial wrong, refused to e-file forms that are allowable by IRS standards. The staff is rude and condescending. We were also quoted at $250 for the taxes and a "nominal" fee for the one additional form needed, This turned into a $600 nightmare. The manager is rude and of no help, and we have yet to hear back from the owner. Now I have to drive to another state in order to walk the correct tax forms into an actual IRS office due to the incompetence of the entire staff at this "business".

Book works have been amazing to work with. They saved me money on my taxes and have always been available to answer questions. Highly recommend company for taxes and payroll!
