I had to wait almost an hour to be seen because the hygienist had to help the Dr numb a patient. (For an hour?). This gave me pause as to the Dr's ability, I've never had a Dentist that couldn't numb a patient on their own... The really frustrating part was that the day before, I was sent away because I was 16 minutes late as my dogs got out as I was leaving and i had to catch them. This makes no sense to me and waiting an hour put me in a horrible Panic Attack with each passing minute and I couldn't breathe for the rest of the night. I like Dr Smith, Brennan, Dillon and Rosie and I will give them one more chance to see if they can meet my needs.

I am very happy that we have a new dentist Mrs Smith her and her staff are very friendly and have lots of experience they are professional, they make me feel welcome when I come. I am enjoying getting to know them all. The have high standards and treat me with kindness and respect. Very clean office. I hope that she plans on staying here for awhile.
