This property management has been good to work with mostly. I wanted to share my full and unbridled opinion because where you choose to rent is important. They tend to be responsive and Professional. Kenisha is awesome to work with and has a great attitude. I would always request to speak with her if I am calling in. Jessica is a bit harder to work with but always gets the job done. The rental process was simple although I still had to pay a double deposit even though I had credit score needed to not have to pay it. So that was disappointing. Casey, my property manager is good to work with and is generally very responsive. My only critique is that it is impossible to speak with your property manager by phone. It all is done through email. Which for the situations I have had I would much prefer phone. The apartment definitely needed repairs when I moved in. There were holes in the flooring that they would not repair, a dishwasher that needed to be replaced, and now a heater. I feel as though theses things should have been fixed prior to moving is especially since this specific property owner is hard to reach which makes things hard to get repaired. I am overall happy though, I just wish there was a better way to communicate with your property manager. If your neighbor has an electric car, be careful, my electricity bill doubled when they started charging their car through the building. Very few complaints though! And I would rent through them again.

I would highly recommendBlue Pine Property Mngt for your rental properties. After my long time on-site manager left the area I planned on selling my property as I have never trusted any property managemt companies in the area ,as all seem have a bad reputation. This company and in particular Breanna , my manager , has done an excellent job. LY
