The products are high quality, which is why my family and I have been loyal customers for decades. The products do not, however, make up for the demeanor and lack of customer service I have received from the ladies working there. Time and time again, I am met quite literally at the door with such an uptight attitude that I have wanted to take my sale(s) elsewhere. I hate to assume but the three times I have been into the store in the past three months alone, the ladies have ignored me/my family/ friends; we received no introduced or an extremely cold one at that, and I can only guess this is because maybe due to our outward appearance as one that is not reflecting the favorable customer they are looking for. Nonetheless, I am sorry to say that after three generations of purchasing from this store, my last will remain just that.

We furnished practically our whole home through Topnotch, and everything is excellent quality. Where else can you run in at the last minute and say, "I need a moose lamp!" and they find you a really nice one. I've always had excellent customer service too. We're lucky to have such a great furnishings store here in Ketchum.
