I went to NAPA Kuna, thinking a battery needed replacement. Bryce a store manager tested my battery and showed me a terminal clamp wasnt functioning properly. Then recommended a part that would solve the issue. They were happy to help me replace the part in the parking lot and saved me $150 on a battery I didnt need.
A+ customer service, knowledge and kindness.
