It has been a wonderful homeshowcasing high quality materials, dedicated craftsmanship, and current yet timeless design implementation. But what truly gratifies us about our home, is the builderRiverwood Homesand the people who represent it. It is a small, family-oriented business who keeps it real and puts homeowners before any bottom line. In our experience, peopleclients, employees, contractorsare at the heart of Riverwood Homes. Even years later, they have sustained an amazing rapport with us through honoring any warranty needs and just being super friendly, accessible, and sincere. We highly recommend buying from Riverwood and enjoying not only your beautiful homebut those individuals responsible for the care of creating and ensuring it. Quality is good and the home had the location and amenities we were looking for. Wished they would have cleaned the windows and the floor. Make sure you put that on your final walk through if you purchase from them. Service: Home building

Great to work with. We have been in a house for a month. Everyone has been responsive as with new homes there are usually minor issues and questions. They have a 30 day and 1 year warranty process. Orientation made it less overwhelming. We love the finishes of this builder.

Great service; we dealt with Kevin after we bought our new house and he helped us work through the minor issues that you always have with a new house, did everything he said he was going to do, and he was a great guy to work with.
