Shout out to the all the people that work at uhaul. Today, 10/18/23 at around 1:30 I walked into Uhaul to inquire about a trailer hitch for my car. After standing there for 10 minutes watching him fail to navigate his own system, he asked me for my phone number. I politely said I would not give it to him at that time because we werent doing any business yet. His response was, And I dont have to do business for you. Bye. Very rude and unprofessional.

Had ordered a car hauler for 48 hours, booked a hotel and rented a truck, While packing my bags they called and told me they couldnt honor my reservation as they gave it to someone else. Never using U-Haul again this is the second time Ive been burned. Use magic valley trailer rental, renter center, or Penske before calling U-Haul.

I bought a pigtail for towing to hook up to my car from this store and when I went in to pick it up the guy, Billy was terribly rude. If it hadn't already been paid for I would've left and purchased it somewhere friendlier.

The customer service at this location is ridiculously terrible. They really do not care about customers and its obvious when you walk in. The most egregious problem we experienced is that Uhaul Corporate convinced us to bring an extra trailer from Twin Falls to our new destination in Oregon but the guy didnt secure the hitch right. This almost caused a catastrophic accident on a highway when the hitch came undone and went under the tailgate while driving. This HUGE screwup couldve easily killed someone and Lola in Customer Service couldnt have cared less. Uhaul Twin Falls was not only rude to me multiple times during truck/trailer pickups but they put my family in extreme danger by being incompetent. Even the roadside assistance guy who fixed the hitch was angry about the way the trailer hitch was attached. DO NOT rent from this location. I am NOT happy with my experience and I will be contacting the Corporate office about this.
