        This woman has no idea what the word respect means. She is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Very quick to accuse any and everyone of being criminals. Not helpful or knowledgeable. If you go in, during her business hours, and she doesnt have time for you she will just tell you shes not going to help you (instead of offering an appointment or some other option). Dont give this place your business. There are other places that are friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, flexible and will make sure you are taken care of with RESPECT!

        This woman cost me $800. I was living in Vegas and moved back to Illinois and she filed my return indicating I purchased a car in Vegas while I was a resident of Illinois. She had a meltdown that day and was crying at her desk. I've never used her service since.
