        I've used Jackson Hewitt for a few years now and always been pleased. I've even sent them customers but this year was awful! My tax preparer was very nice but her boss denied my Door Dash milage twice even with my apps showing how much I'd been going and Upside showing all the gas I'd gone through.. 6 months Dashing for lunch only and she says I need a spread sheet to do my taxes! Its been a week and they are still not filed

        Even though they were short staffed they did an excellent job of helping everybody get their taxes done. They did it with big smiles on their faces and amazing service as always. I will definitely be coming back next year and many years to come.
