    The store is aesthetically pleasing and well stocked. I was extremely impressed with Dylan! I had no intention of purchasing anything. However, his knowledge, patience and recommendations ultimately led me to purchase the trial fragrances. The experience was extremely pleasant and we will be returning again and again!

    I had one of the best experiences with Dylan who nerded out with me over fragrances and was kind enough to let me take my time and send me home with samples. I ended up buying an edt that didnt dry down nicely on me so I returned the next day for an exchange. I was so excited, I even brought my partner to maybe get a fragrance as well. What followed was truly one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Another person helped me, and from the moment we interacted, I felt discriminated against to say the least. My white, male partner was treated kindly, when I walked in slightly after, the person who was helping my partner made constant digs at me once he knew I was exchanging. He was aggressive, rude, and callous. When I would make a comment, he was condescending and made remarks that were clearly meant to make me feel stupid, for example, one scent gave me a slight headache and I said, "maybe I'm just sensitive to that one", in which he replied, "I think you are just SENSITIVE". My partner gently made him aware of his behavior, in which he responded, I had Sun in my eyes, and she was smelling too many fragrances. I have compassion for retail people, you don't have to treat me like an entitled customer. Just don't show up in the world like you hate women who are asking you for help. Is it what I was wearing? Was it the color of my skin? I will never know, because when we tried to gently offer you feedback, you didn't care. I usually attribute situations like this to company culture, but the previous day, I was treated kindly by two staff members. Never got this associate's name, I was in the store 4/19 at 5:35 pm. I wish Dylan was free to help, because he was such a sweetheart. I am looking for my wedding fragrance, so it would have meant a lot if I found it. But I ended up returning my bottle altogether because I have bad memories of the store/house now.

Steven walked me through the different scents and explained them, answered every question i had, was very fun to talk to, sweet and professional, and i fell in love with EAU RIHLA. Thanks to Steven for this incredible experience!!
