Walgreens

For them to be in Hyde Park such a reputable neighborhood....they sure do have absolutely awesome service....everything about this location is awful.

I just left the Walgreens in Hyde Park , Not only can the pharmacist not count , they are rude unprofessional and have no consideration for their patients. This staff should be ashamed to even work for such a huge corporation. Who ever hired them needs to do a better job. VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE.

I went for a consultation @ the location on 55th in Hyde Park on 3/18/23 @ a little before 5p to see if there was anything OTC for pink eye. The pharmacist on duty told me that Id need to go to the dr for antibiotics. I said ok so do you think I should go to ER or urgent care. Then next thing out of his mouth was urgent care because ER will probably be expensive I didnt ask about which is more/less expensive, I asked which do you think is best for the results I need. Im just wondering if this is a statement he makes to white & non-black people who come in for consultations to get resolutions/suggestions for similar issues? Did he assume I didnt have insurance? I have a lot of questions!

Pharmacy messed up my prescription refill leaving me without birth control for two months and couldnt even be honest about it.
