I have been working with Sofia Colantuono and Healthloft Nutrition for a couple of months and have been blown away by how helpful this care has been. Sofia is nonjudmental, comprehensive, creative, and compassionate. She has helped me build my understanding of nutrition by creating shopping lists and meal ideas, sharing helpful resources, discussing approach to meal composition and more. Working with Health Loft has been seamless. The online scheduling system works much more smoothly than most healthcare platforms do and the staff is highly responsive. Cannot recommend this service enough.

Anna was excellent. Knowledgeable, detailed, patient and realistic. I entered with a ton of questions with a new health concern as someone who has been pretty healthy most of their life, and HealthLoft was a good fit for my needs. A valuable service delivered by an authentic, caring individual.

Health loft is a great service, I recommend here for my HLOC clients often for outpatient RD services, especially those with various insurance plans. Sofia Colantuono is a great option for eating disorder support :)

i loved seeing dr kristin p. but the billing department is an absolute mess. they've charged me multiple times when it was covered by insurance, even when the appointments are the exact same they kept submitting them to insurance wrong so it would get bounced back. i have been charged 3 times (totaling around 600$) which put me into negative balance bc they charged my card. i loved my nutritionist but based on the billing department i will not be returning because this was such a nightmare and is still continuing to be a nightmare while i wait for my last refund to go though. the first two charges took me 3 months to actually get someone to look into it and figure out why i was being charged and them having to resubmit over and over again to insurance bc they were doing something wrong. update: 04/02/24 i've been trying to get my refund for that third charge for 2 weeks and still havent gotten it. they keep saying they will pass it on to someone so they can get it started and they still dont have it going. it's just honestly ridiculous at this point.

Working with Katie Gross has been wonderful! She's helped me to gain a healthier mindset on food. I have already noticed changes in myself since seeing her the last couple months. I have never eaten so many fruits and vegetables, and I am now more active! She is adaptable and tailors the sessions to my needs. She is able to break down ideas in a way that I can understand. She is kind and personable. I highly recommend her. She has helped me to have a more positive outlook when it comes to my health.
