This uhaul company rented me a vehicle which was on the Chicago stolen vehicle list causing the van to be towed and prevented me from retrieving it according to the tow company and the Chicago Police department. U-Haul employee initially apologized and stated the manager was aware and would be refunding my money only to Later stated that I owe them $1100 dollars.
