    Since this agent/agency has taken over my (previous) account with Farmer's Insurance, there has been nothing but price increases and mishandled policy changes. I don't know if I can fault this agency for the price increases, that may be a Farmer's insurance policy of disrespecting long term customers. (This was my insurance company for 36 years until recently.) They are certainly responsible for mishandling policy changes including adding my children to our automobile insurance. They somehow managed to drop my oldest driver (without any notification), luckily away at college. When questioned about it, after calling my spouse a liar, she suggested a meeting. At this point, I was just wondering, are my children covered? After forcing a follow-up conversation, they "fixed" my policy and then I was notified that my rates were doubling from an already high amount (that I assumed over the years was partly due to adding young drivers to my policy.) My cancellation requests were met with icy indifference. So, my recommendation is for anyone reading this, give State Farm a try. Their premium was far less than that of the final premium that Catarina decided was an appropriate amount to present to a 36 year long customer. ******* (I am adding an edit to this review based on their reply.) ******* While the reply from this agency was of no help to me (I have cancelled my homeowner's and automobile insurance policies), I think they made one thing clear in my opinion. For anyone out there considering Farmer's Insurance; even if you find an agent at Farmer's Insurance that will competently and honestly handle your account, you will be paying a much higher rate than other very reputable insurance agencies.
