Hopefully this review helps other families when searching for a place for their loved one. My wife and I have been looking for the right time but more importantly the right place for my Mother. We wanted to make it known that the communication and follow up by the Director has been very comforting. We have not been overwhelmed by emails, calls or messages. The Director, actually, listened to us and delivered exactly how we wanted to proceed with communications and further discussions for finding a facility for my mother. Curtesy and professionalism at its finest. He also provided us with expectations during this process and that, for us, shows accountability. This whole situation has been emotionally exhausted but this community, the few staff we met and Director have been very accommodating. You do not experience this type of customer service anymore.
